Sorry if this is duplication of content.. time is against me I'm seeing my GP tomorrow and have an ESA form to complete and want this to be done at my home.

What do I need to ask my GP to do?

She already wrote a letter say I would need to request a home visit for PIP can I use that?

Thank you...

How old is the PIP letter?

Have they said why you cannot attend at the Assessment Provider's offices?

If the letter is older than about six months you might want to think about asking for a new, Maximus may take the view that because of it's age it may no longer be reflective of your conditions as they are now,

If includes a reason then just make sure that would still be applicable to ESA.

PIP letter is fairly recent, and refers to my problems getting to appointments. It was a very considerate letter which she clearly put time and thought into.

I'm pretty sure PIP was mentioned specifically though, can they reject it on those grounds?

My GP will not be best pleased to be asked to write another letter so soon. I had actually booked my appointment to progress my health issues, not waste more time. :(

I'm so depressed and seriously concerned about my health deteriorating if I'm called for a WCA. The stress of concurrent assessment is already giving me concerns about my heart health.

Try the PIP letter and if it does not work then speak to your GP again.

Last time I applied for ESA I used and edited the downloadable PDF.. and IIRC printed and signed..

Is this still OK or is it necessary to use wet ink..?

Thanks

It is still perfectly acceptable to use the PDF form and print it out.
