ESA appeal

I'm not entitled to income based ESA as my partner works full time earning over the threshold,but once again,thanks for clearing this up for me.hopefully my appeal date will be this side of Xmas!

when i rang up last week the man said i wasnt entitled to esa cotributions but i may if i pass a medicle which is on 10 august i may get £ 36 pounds what is this called ,

i am low in n ni cotributions would i still get the 36.00 .i was awarded enhanced pip on wed but then the case worker took it off me and said i am awarding you standard so i decided to take it as i have been worried about going to court ,my knees are mild at the moment so when they go worse i will claim again ,and this time i will not exept standard also i made a mistake in my form thhat i could have lost because of this mistake,

me again, how long after the medicle would they give the money to me if i was allowed it .
