new ESA RE ASSESSMENT

Well, I thought I would update you all on my concern for receiving another ESA 50 to complete less than 3 months from completing and receiving a 3 yr award in the SG.

My MP contacted the DWP and today I received the following email from them, in
fact I had 2 emails, the first one saying not to worry as they knew I would be worried as no one had heard a dickie bird, and then later the following email.

Dear xxxx,

Mrs xxxxx is correct in her understanding that her prognosis as far as the Work Capability Assessment is concerned is 36 months. The ESA50 recently sent was erroneous and this referral has been withdrawn. We will amend our computer systems to reflect this and I would like to apologise to Mrs xxxx for any inconvenience caused by the mistake. This means that she does not have to fill in the ESA50 she has received recently.

So now I can breathe a sigh of relief and go forward.
Hopefully when 3 yrs is here again, altho I shall be 63, I may be on the list if it goes ahead stating I shall not need to be re assessed !!!!
( more chance of pigs flying me thinks !!!)
