pip email or fax details was created by Edward
Hi everyone, i have just completed my pip application form and need to know if they have received it. I also need to send some aditional medical information to part of the application. The dwp seem to have an aversion to receiving email. I am unable to use the phone at present. Does anyone know if there is a fax number or email adress for them or should i just put the aditional documents in the post to them. Thye do seem to make it as difficult as possible to efficiently contact them. They seem stuck in the dark ages refusing to deal through email which the rest of the world does. I also need to check that they have received the original pip form.

Sincere thanks.

John

I'm sorry but the DWP will only accept communications by phone or slow mail.

Can someone ring on your behalf, you would need to be present to answer the security questions and to authorise the DWP to speak to the person.

many thanks gordon, people should also note that when people ring up for the forms that is used as evidence and the phone call recorded and used as part of your claim which they do not inform you of as well and they ask you a lot of questions that they say they wont The dwp or crapita whoever answers is not made clear then lie to you stating that unless you anser their questions on the phone only then the claim cannot be strated. This is outright deception as you can apply for the form online.
