I'd certainly add a couple of days.

Hi Gordon
Just a quick update. Phoned DWP again this morning and was told they recieved my electronic report on the 24th April and the written one on the 26th April. I told the agent that this was the third time I had asked for a copy of my report and she was surprised, there was a long silence she then said oh yes I see you asked for that on the 27th I said yes that was correct she then said I will sirt that out for you as there is no reason that should not have been actioned. I asked if there was a decision yet and she said it doesnt look like it as she could not access that screen.

Gordon, can you help me work out when I may get my report please lol ? Iam not even going to ask about when I might recieve a decision haha.

Thank you again

Hi Gordon and all

I have just recieved my PA4 assessment report ( 3 copies lol ) and from what i can work out I have scored 18 for daily living and 12 for mobility. I don't want to jinx anything lol but to my understanding that is enhanced for both ? It also says blah blah ''I consider there to be no requirment to arrange a review of this claim as significant change is unlikely''. The years and months boxes are blank. Now although there are some areas in the report that either did not happen or I do not agree with overhall it seems a fair report and I am happy to stick with it as long as the DM agrees with the report of course. So far so good ( fingers crossed ) I will let you know when I recieve the decision. Thank you for all the help provided from all areas of the site. I may not post often at all but I read on here everyday and you folks do a fab job.

Thank You

Just phoned DWP to see if a decision had been made and if so what it was. A very nice young man answered the phone within two or three mins ( unheard of lol ) he got the screen up and read the first page of the DM's decision. The decision was made on the 5th May and I have been awarded Enhanced for both and for an ongoing time, 10 years he said. My DLA will continue untill the 6th of June I think he said then it will change to PIP. So relieved now but I can not help feeling sad for all the peeps who have to fight for all they deserve and some have to fight for months and months. I will keep checking in and if anyone wants to ask anything at all about my journey ask away. Thank you Gordon and all at B&W for all the fab info you provide here.
