Need guidance,lost m.r. On pip so want to go ahead with the appeal to the tribunal,I have had information from benefit information services,they work on a no win no fee basis,they take 40 percent of any back pay on any benefits I receive,is this good or bad,I am so desperate to get my benefit bk,I am really struggling,any help would be appreciated,thanks.

It's obviously up to you, but you may be able to get advice and assistance by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with you postcode, town or county. This would be free.

Many claimants are able to appeal their benefits on their own.
