PIP or Pension Credits?

You are one of the very lucky claimants receiving your PIP. So many others have been turned down. First you get a mass mailed letter, then a incompetent Atos Consultant comes to your home for an interview. finally you receive a cold hearted letter from a PIP Consultant informing you of 'No More Benefits'. You submit your 'Mandatory Reconsideration Appeal', but no one responds because they know you applied for 'Pension Credits' while waiting for your answer. In the end you are better off with 'Pension Credits', but you are angry because not one PIP Consultant has gotten back to you regarding your PIP appeal.

I've moved your post to it's own topic as there appear to be questions in it.

You say that you have submitted an MR request in regard your PIP claim, how did you do this?

Have the DWP acknowledged receipt of the request?

Was the request made within one month of the PIP Decision?
