I clicked on my name which is next to welcome I hope I have done it correctly.

regarding my appeal yesterday which was allowed. I was awarded 15 points under schedule 2 and 3. They have put down 'appellant not to be reassessed. can you tell me what does this mean please?.

Schedule 2 refers to the WRAG Descriptors and Schedule 3 to the SG ones, some of the 15 point WRAG Descriptors correspond to SG ones.

The comment about not being reassessed I'm afraid is nothing more than a recommendation by the panel and is not binding on the DWP.

Angel110 wrote: Can I ask can they refuse a home visit even if the GP has strongly recommended a home visit after giving all the health issues on the letter. I think he was trying to make me feel that I will not get a home visit and I will have to go the centre. It was just a bit of advise I was given yesterday at the Tribunal by someone (not anyone on the panel)

I'm afraid that they can but it will very much depend on what the GP letter says.

Hi Gordon,

GP's letter outlines my health issues and how they effect me.

That may not be sufficient, the letter needs to explicitly state why you cannot attend at their offices.

Hi Kot,

The Section 19c states about reasonable adjustments. The Equality act 2010 also states that reasonable adjustments must be made. Well it didn't work for me I have to attend the centre and not looking forward to it at all from ESA assessment but will keep the forum updated.
