Perhaps members who have requested their DLA evidence can comment but my impression is that no one has actually been able to see the DLA information in advance.

The pip2 should be with you 7-10 days after the call.

I actually found (in the middle of the night in a high state of anxiety!) one support worker/rights adviser report that went off with my last DLA form (2008). I looked with my counsellor today and we agreed I should say they can look at any DLA evidence they've got. It won't cover some of the PIP criteria in any detail but it won't contradict it. And some stuff will be well covered (social anxiety). Plus the general overview it gives is probably useful.

I haven't called yet but I will do tomorrow (I will be taking a tranqilizer to help).

But it's possible they might not actually look at what they have on my DLA file even though I've said they can?

The DWP may no longer have copies of your previous DLA claim, especially if it dates back to 2008, even if they do, those assessing you may not look at the documentation.

Whether you ask them to use the DLA information or not, if you have copies of the information yourself then I would include them with your PIP and explain why they are still relevant.

Thanks

I want to type and print out my answers when the pip 2 form comes.

So should I write in the text box - please see supplementary sheet no. 1 for my answers to this question?

And would I need a separate sheet for each task or is it ok to have the answers to say question 3 and question 4 on the same page if they both fit?

Has this worked OK for other people? - I had been thinking of cutting and gluing my answers on but I guess if the sheets are securely attached it's ok and then you don't have problems with limited space. Do people to print on both sides of the sheet or just one?

Hi I requested copies so I could see what was relevant to send in for pip, weeks and weeks later and after phoning I've still not had any copies.
My application has already sent in now.
So I've decided if they use anything from b4 I will query it as I've not given permission and it may not be relevant from yrs ago
