Whilst we occasionally hear of pages being missed, I am not aware of anybody, on this forum or others, reporting that all of their attached paperwork had been missed, it may happen, but it is most certainly not the norm.

I've submitted numerous claim forms and have always provided the bulk of my testimony as attached pages and have never had a problem.

Just make sure that all of your pages have your full name and NIN and that each page is numbered so it is easy to spot any that are missing.

All I can repeat is that I have had no problems and very few claimants report them.

Thanks Gordon !ive tried allll day to try and condense my answer into 5 tiny sentences impossible ! Would sending a weeks worth of a diary as per ur templates help in the pip reassessment as it would with a pip 2? And would it be beneficial to write out an index ?

A diary is always be helpful especially if your conditions vary. If they are static then a week should be enough, if they vary then try and do two weeks or longer. However, remember that doing a diary also says something about your capabilities so consider this before you start.
