Does anyone know if you can earn a little bit if money to supplement your pip. I make a little bit of jewellery for friends and would like to sell a bit . You used to be allowed to earn £50 per week as well as income support wondered what the ruling is now . I claim pip income support housing and council tax benefit thanks Dawn ps my oxygen costs a fortune in electric !!

Some of your earnings are not taken into account when working out income support. This is normally £5 if you are single or £10 if you have a partner. You will have £20 of your earnings disregarded if you qualify for the disability premium, the carer premium or are a lone parent.
The HB will depend on your personal circumstances.
You must notify both the DWP and your Local Authority.
