ESA Support Group

My daughter is in the ESA Support Group CB; why then is JC+ asking to see all her income and savings over the last 2 years? The bank is asking £5 per statement for her to provide this. I represent her and cannot understand why she has to provide this when she is on CB ESA?

She says she only signed up to the workplace pension scheme a few months before she had to leave, indirectly because of her Epilepsy. She thinks the amount accrued was less than £400 and thinks it is still sitting there. I'll see if I can find out.
