Well Im sorry but unable to continue my original thread. It wont let me!.
I have recently been changing from DLA to PIP and after having a F2F last week phoned DWP for the assessment report. Advised that report would be sent in next few days but also told rather abrupty btw you got zero points and so your not getting PIP. I have a couple of questions.

1. I have looked at the guildes on this site re mandatory reconsideration but how much detail should I go into, i.e when I get sight of my report do I challenge each descriptor in turn specifying why I believe I should have been awarded points or do I just send a simple two line letter saying that I want a mandatory reconsideration.?

2. Can I make an official complaint to ATOS regarding the assessor now or should I wait?

3. When will my DLA payments actually cease? The decision was made on 28th April and I received a full DLA payment in my bank this morning?

Any advise would be much appreciated thank you

1. You need to provide sufficient information to show that you meet the criteria to score the points that you expected.

In some case this may be only a couple sentences, in others you may need to go back to the beginning and re-explain your problems from scratch.

You need to concentrate on showing why you should score points, you may need to deal with the issues in the report to do this, but don't get side tracked by dealing with the report first.

2. It's entirely up to you.

3. Your DLA remains in payment for four weeks after the date of the PIP Decision, DLA is paid in arrears so I would expect you to receive another payment.
