If you now receive PIP at a reduced rate and have not appealed within the 30 days, is there a specific waiting time before you can re-apply?

There is no waiting time for a new claim for PIP but be aware if you are still pursuing an appeal of the previous Decision then making a new claim will result in a new Decision that will limit any Decision made by a Tribunal.
