Thanks Gordon I was awarded points under the daily living company when I had a bath as I couldn't get in & out of the bath due to my back & nerve damage in my leg but I have since had a disabled walk In shower with grab rails and seat put in & I still find showering painful & uncomfortable and I'm unsteady on my feet due to having no ankle reflex and nerve damage in my my right leg which also has muscle wastage and since being put on the blood thinning medication I am at more risk if I fall as I could bleed out, so these changes have all happened inuding all adaptions so am I obligated to inform the DWP as it may lower my daily living allowance points?
Thanks for your help

The test is whether you can get in and out of a standard bath, you do not have to have one of these to still meet the criteria, so providing your limitations have not changed then you do not need to inform the DWP.
