Just wanted to make a quick post of support on this- I too had something similar and they wouldn't send the report. I appealed and got the award back, with a paper appeal.

In the appeal bundle they have to include the previous award details and how you were previously awarded, the appeals will therefore have access to all of this and be able to see if they withdrew the award appropriately, if you have got worse not better, this should not have happened.

So I think having all this helped me get my award back. I'm not sure if they dd a F2F with you at this reassessment, they didn't with me. Anyway best of luck.

Oh, and you will get all the info including the report in the appeal bundle anyway, so if you do a SAR the bundle may arrive first (I did this and ended up with double copies of everything).

Maybe I'm stupid but I was quite happy with my MR. It was very comprehensive and backed up with evidence and better than the assessor report who had cut and pasted same spelling mistakes over and over. It looked rushed and all he could say was he didn't believe I had sight loss or needed the hearing aid I used. ‎However I expect it will be filed in bin and not even looked at.

I wanted to ask about appeal. Can I use same evidence I used for my MR which is new evidence and up to date?  ‎Is it OK to represent yourself at appeal as I have noone. My wife will come but could this but her award in jeopardy. My wife has a lot of serious health issues as well.  I've got appeal form and I am filling it in. How long will it be do you think before I get notice. I know there is no time limit on these things.

Everything you have so far submitted as part of the original claim and the then the MR will be submitted to an appeal if you request one.

The PIP Appeal guide has links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to complete and the Submissions guide has a complete example that you can use to help you fill it in, you do not need to provide detailed reasons at this stage for your request.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.

Just uploaded a post as new topic as couldnt find this on my phone. I forgot to say that I have just received my MR which has been unsuccessful but it says they sent the further medcial evidence I sent with MR to the assessor who says decion the same. I thought it was DWP who were supposed to look at MR and not ATOS assessor?
