It can't hurt to mention that you are in the SG, but even where there are crossovers between ESA and PIP the criteria are still different so you will need to highlight why the SG award is relevant.
There is no low rate for PIP Daily Living only the equivalents of MRC and HRC although the criteria for an Enhanced award is fundamentally different from HRC.
The lower DLA Mobility rate is equivalent to the PIP Standard rate.
