Atos report

Hi I've recently been through my sons transfer of indefinite high dla to pip transfer as he's now aged 18. Had pip assessment 15th April rang dwp for a copy of report, got this about five days later. Was only given 2 points for understanding complex writing and 2 points for dealing with money. This shocked me but did pre warn me of the decision that was to come five days later. Sure enough the only points given was from HP report total score 4. I've written and posted a mandatory rec with help from you're website, I've also rang to say I will be sending further medical evidence. I've just been going over HP report and read near the end where it states "based on the claimants likely future circumstances, it would be appropriate to review the claim in --- years left blank ---- months left blank(what does this mean good/bad). Based on the available evidence, I consider there to be no requirement to arrange a review of this claim as significant change is unlikely.(is this bad news as this box is ticked). It also states justification for review period choice "the claimant suffers with learnings difficulties which restrict his ADL. Significant change is unlikely therefore a review is not recommended. Sorry for the long post but the whole process has my head battered.
