Well Folks......Having spent most of today chasing my tail, dealing with the DVLA staff, in different departments, I think I MAY have got somewhere, BUT, I'm NOT happy at all with the outcome.....

It seems that with the lower rate of Standard Care Mobility for P.I.P. my Wife now will get, I will have to pay 50% of the cost of Car Tax ( £95 in our case by CQ ) but the only way this can be done is to download a V10 Form, obviously fill it in, and put it in an envelope, along with all ORIGINAL Documents. Insurance. MOT, V5C, Certificate of Eligibility for P.I.P. award, and post it to the DVLA in Swansea...address is D.V.L.A....Swansea.....SA99 1DZ.......and from what I've heard today, hope for the best. So TBH I wish I hadn't bothered, as I've got NO guarantee from the DVLA, that my Car will still be taxed anyway, until this is processed, which can take up to 14 Days.......What a bloody mess......Hope that helps anyone else in the same boat.......Good Luck.....Roy.....

Well, after all this bloody fuss and much phoning to the DVLA, I got my original V5C document back today ( Saturday ) and just to add insult to injury, the Car has now been changed from a Disabled Vehicle for my Wife, to just a Diesel Car, which I am FURIOUS about, as her Blue Badge is now in jeopardy......This P.I.P. benefit seems to be causing us ( and Thousands of other people too ) LOTS of problems, and I'm sure its going to get worse now too.......Lets Vote this Nasty Tory Party out ASAP.......
