i did for get called for an assessment

hi as gorden said in my last post I would get called for an assessment and I just have yesterday received the dreaded letter and its on 26th may on when I filled in my esa50 form I attached a letter stating that if I had an assessment could they please send me any forms I had to fill in or anything I would need to give me permission for me to record my assessment they have sent me nothing in with my letter,should I contact atos or the health advisory service to get permission and what should I be asking for and is there anything else I should be doing to make sure I get this sorted before my assessment is due I only have 16 more days before d day regards bigbird

thanks should said letter be sent to maximus or health advisory service ? also since I sent my medical stuff in with my esa50 form I have had 2 more doctors consultations should I send these reports to maximus aswell or take them with me on the day of my assessment thanks bigbird

sorry also forgot to ask is it allowed by maximus for them to record my assessment and also for me to record my assessment on my own device because after my last assessment when I got given a blank cd[ I would like to make sure it doesn't happen again] so then we would both have a copy incase as before my cd is blank regards big bird
