Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You don't mention the benefit but I assume you are referring to PIP.

Did you use our guides to help you complete the claim form?

What Descriptors did you expect to score points for?

If it is PIP then you have two options, you can either continue on to appeal or you can make a new claim.

If you can provide more information by replying to this post we may be able to help you more.

Hi

One tip that helped me a lot and was looked at along with other evidence and considered in my report is :

If you have photographic evidence of say skin conditions or swellings you deal with on a regular and permenent basis but that can vary from one day to the next etc, take it to assessment !!! I took photos that were full colour blown up, 2 pics per A4 photo quality paper, I took 8 pics in all so 4 A4 sheets. I dated when the photos were taken and wrote ''this a a true likeness of - mrs ... and then signed each one and put national ins number on ( I wrote this on the top of the photos not on a seperate page ) The assessor was very pleased I had done this as she said the photos I had included in my report were scaled down and black and white so she could not tell what was what. I did have to sign for the photos at the end so that they could be posted as original size not scaned to DWP plus she said the photos werea bit errrr lol. The assessor still wanted to look but not touch the areas that had been photographed but this was not a problem as the photos clearly matched the said body parts.

hope this helps a little
