I would like to hear from anyone who has had a pip paper hearing and won?

My tribunal is in the pipeline and of course I am getting nervous. I know the outcome isn't as successful as with an oral hearing but I am not able to attend.

Please let me know your experiences.

Thanks

Could you ask for a telephone one (or Skype)? I lost my first one which was on paper but won my second which was on telephone ( the tribunal just use a speaker phone)- because I couldn't get to the tribunal place.

that is going to be a tough question for moderators. It may also cause anxiety in all this. Hope you see where I'm coming.
Ensure you've read as much as you can on here & list them. Keep fighting!

I wasn't aware that you could use skype or the telephone for an appeal is this a new thing? Also how common is it to be done in this way?

It's not particularly new, but still quite rare for this to be offered as an option.
