Contact the Tribunal venue and ask if any of these are an option.

If you have asked for an Oral hearing then they will expect you to attend, if you have asked for a Paper hearing and the options are available then you can see if one of them might be applied to your appeal.

Yes, I was put back on my enhanced PIP after a paper appeal. However in my case the reassessment was also done on paper due to severe mental health condition (psychotic depression). and had lots of paper evidence such as care plans etc.

I asked - it wasn't offered straight off.

I was nervous about doing my paper hearing and found nothing online , I had a 7 month wait and today recieved my decision and it was refused , maybe it would have been different if I attended but I don't think I would have been much use and where I live I don't have any help to have gone with me

If at all possible I would try your hardest at going to the tribunal as you could end up like new
Wish someone had said this to me I would have tried harder

Thanks so much for all your replies.

I am in two minds whether to cancel it. It's just so stessful I am not going to be able to attend an oral hearing.

I am worried of losing the points that I already have. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Thanks again.
