hi, i need some advice regarding PIP question 13: going out, planning and undertaking journeys. i have mobility issues with my spine, hips, legs & feet. i am in constant pain which gets worse with movement & i take a lot of heavy medication that makes me drowsy and causes me to lose concentration. i never go out alone anyway because i cannot walk over 15 metres even with stops or self propel my wheelchair. i am completely stuck on how to answer this question because it says it is not about mobility problems. could you please give me some advice. thanks.

Have you looked at the PIP Claim guide as it explains the differences between the two Mobility activities.
