Mandatory reconsideration letter and osteoporisis

Hello everyone!I received no PIP help after my assesment so,I've maid an Mandatory reconsideration letter being inspired by the site(thank's God is existing).I have Osteoarthrities of the lumbar spine,DDD,L1 compression fracture,disc bulges on,L3/4/5;S1;S1nerve roots abutment and canal stenosis;canal stenosis L3/L4;Spondilosis,Discarthrosis,Bilateral trochanteric bursitis;Coccydinia;Bulging at C3/4/5/6/7/T1;Compression billateral of C7 C6 nerve roots;SI joints desease.I cannot walk by myself from more than one year because of the weackness,numbness and pain from my legs/hands.I am not shoure if because I didn't have bad enaught medical results or becaused of the assesment(wich it was a shame...),I didn't received the PIP.After the PIP results,I received the DEXA scan results wich shows severe osteoporosis.I was able to atach the last results in the mandatory letter.I was wandering if I do have now more chance yo obtain the.PIP?Should I call at DWP to ask if they have received my Mandatory letter?Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hello and thank you for answering.I hope that in my MR letter I have described my symptoms much better than in my PIP application.I hope that my MR letter wasn't to long...It was 7 pages,and I have send again the principal medical letter and MRI's and tha CD with my spinal condition.Do you think it was yo much information?
