PIP reassessment after previous appeal

PIP reassessment after previous appeal was created by Orangeblossom
Can anyone advise how to approach a PIP reassessment after a successful appeal?

The concern is, if they sent the form asking if things are the same, they will refer to their report turing me down, rather than the tribunal notice. So for example, if I say things are the same with meeting people / socialising the appeals say I need support with this (4 points) but their reports says I need prompting (2 points).

Therefore, would it be advisable to firstly include the decision notice and refer to that perhaps. As can see them simply reverting back to the original points they scored me. It is particularly tricky as i had a paper appeal and sometimes the tribunals have scored me higher in some areas than others, and not sure it relates to what I have said previously in the form. I think they perhaps based it more on my medical evidence such as care plans etc.

Any thoughts welcome.

Based on what we have seen on the forum it would seem more likely that you will receive anew PIP2 form rather than an AR1.

In either case, I think you need to describe your problems as they are at that point in time and supply evidence to support that as available and ignoring whether it has been sent in before.
