Hi
After 7 months waiting I had the decision today and it's been refused , the reason they put was :
They said "whilst the tribuanal accepts that Mrs **** suffers with mental health problems , the nature and the extent of the resulting limitations are insignificant to score the required amount of points and as a result doesn't qualify for care or mobility component"
The nurse who did my assessment completely lied and I did the appeal myself I even sent in a job center letter who was kind enough the write me a letter describing how I was so anxious and upset he sent me home and told me I wouldn't need to go to work focused interviews until I was better , I sent that in to show that "how could I be alright at the assessment" because she said I was fine and also said I went alone , I took my carer ! , he even phoned in and said we would be late because we didn't know the area ,
What do you think I should do , also I can't see how a doctor can help saying you are so down and explain your day they don't have time to say how your day is !!

I'm really sorry to hear your appeal was unsuccessful.
I mention it for completeness, you can make a further appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal but only that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision, not because you disagree with the Decision that the panel made.
What is an Error of Law?
Or you can make a new claim for PIP, there is no waiting time. But you do need to consider the issues raised by the appeal and how you might address them in a new claim.
