Response from DWP following me lodging my appeal

Dear Moderator,
I really hope you can help me as the DWP are driving me mad with their refusal to listen to my grounds for appeal! I am disputing 4 descriptors and I am now awaiting the date for my appeal.
Can I ask for your advice about 'specifics' relating to descriptors and the points I have been awarded & my arguments against their decision?
I have followed your guides through every aspect of my DLA to PIP claim, but the DWP are basing every decision they have made to date solely on the medical assessment report following my Face to Face, which has errors and assumptions made in it. No matter what arguments I present to them (both at the Mandatory Reconsideration stage and again in my 'Grounds for Appeal' letter to HMCTS, they take no notice.

Thanks for any help or advice you can give.

The first thing to say is if you are now at the appeal stage then you should stop worrying about what the DWP think about your claim and concentrate on showing to the Tribunal panel that you meet the criteria for an award.

We're limited in the advice we can give about your appeal, but if you want to briefly explain which activities you expected to score points for and why the DWP disagree I'll try and give you some idea of the issues you need to address.
