Capita face to face report full of untruths.

Hi can anyone help?
In 2014 using help and advice on this site I applied for PIP. I have chronic Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) which impacts greatly on my ability to walk without pain. I have also had 3 strokes which (thankfully) have left me having frequent dizzy spells. I was awarded 9 points for standard care and 10 points for mobility for a period of 3 years which I considered to be fair. In May 2015 I was treated for bowel cancer and the surgery left me with a permanent stoma.
In November 2016 I received a review form and was told I was to have a 'face to face' As we live in wales this was carried out at my home by a Capita HP.
The result of this, even though my condition has worsened and I provided a new letter from my GP, resulted in a score of 2 points for care and 0 for mobility.
Following advice from this site I requested a mandatory reconsideration which awarded me 10 points for mobility and 6 for care.
Having given this due consideration I decided to take this to appeal.
I am now in receipt of the HP's report and both my wife and I are horrified. To say it was full of inaccuracies would be putting it lightly as it is actually full of LIES.
A few examples of these are HP said she witnessed my climb the stairs twice - she did not. She said in her examination I could stand on one leg, stand on tip toes and bend to touch toes - I did not as I cannot without falling over. She makes reference to my mentioning that I get dizzy when I bend to let my dog out of his pen. There was NO DOG and I have never owned a DOG PEN. These are just a few of the lies within her report.
My quandary now is Do I write back and call this woman the out and out liar that she is or do I write back to the tribunal addressing each one of these 'inaccuracies'?
The problem is that this is now only my (and my wife's) word against hers.
Has any one else had this kind of experience and what did they do? HELP!!!

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

Your primary task at the appeal is to show that you meet the criteria for a higher award, I'm not saying to ignore the assessment report, but appeal panels are quite used to them having significant errors and the simple fact is that dealing with those errors solely is very unlikely to result in the award being revised.

I would certainly consider making a formal complaint to Capita about the contents

www.capita-pip.co.uk/en/complaints.html

For the appeal, go through your claim form, the assessment report and our PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria defined in the PIP Descriptors.

Also make sure that you have made appropriate use of "reliably" and "on the majority of days".

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
