Had my tribunal hearing today, 9 months of stress and today at 3 pm i walked. as well as the panel of 3 i also had a DWP woman sitting next to me. My legal team was too busy to be with me as they are swamped with cases..SO....

They said thay they wanted to "warn" me if we was to continue i could lose it all..!! said it be better if we had another hearing once i had some legal support people with me....

From DLA to PIP i had the low care and my high mobility is now standard. so that`s £22.00 extra i could lose... I cannot talk about my health, but they had 22 pieces of proof of my nerve damage to my body and mental health etc. I cannot heal from my conditions and just want to live a few more years only,I`m 48 and the suffering i`m not taking into old age... best to pass on in peace.

But...no thought on my pain each day, or the brave strength to get out of bed and handle my life. So its a "Fuck you" from them, and no care that i been living in pain since 2008 until now...just hoping I bet that i take my life.... I take there`s before i take mine.... So I guess i`m voting labour to end PIP...... thanks for listening, but boy i was screwed today.........

As you have had advice, speak to them about your appeal, whilst you should head the Judge's warning it may be that those advising you have a different view from the panel.

Replied by Alan Sowle on topic Tribunal hearing, went and they stopped it..!
Hello Gordon, Thanks for allowing my post and its bad language. I just got off the sofa from under a blanket to see if i was in trouble !!

Can you tell me about why a DWP woman was in my room, what are they role in this.. I mean they are the bad guys right ?

I`m going to email Equal Lives tomorrow and list some questions about how unfair and ganged up its seemed on the day. I thought the Panel of 3 was the middle men in this waiting to hear my side. I mean when she said a warning, that`s a threat to me...a guy with a serious and chronic health condition with 22 pieces of proof etc.

The other person was likely a DWP Presenting Officer, they attend certain cases to ensure that the DWP arguments are put forward.

From what you have posted, the panel behaved in a proper manner, they have a duty to the claimant to warn them if there is a risk to an existing award so that they can seek further advice and if necessary withdraw their appeal.

Do they warn you at every appeal or just the ones at risk please?

Only those where the panel do not believe that an existing award is supported by the evidence available to the Tribunal.
