After having the same N.I. number for 53yrs, I have been made aware that the ESA people have duplicated/changed my N.I. number "by mistake". After my enquiry I am told to ignore the work cap test sent to me under the duplicated N.I number. ESA contacted me by phone to call me in for another assessment, again under a duplicated N.I. number not my own. Yet again, after enquiry I am told by an agent that my N.I. number has been deleted by mistake and as per usual they would sort it out ( heard that one before ). I have now been forced to make complaint due to the distressing nature of this matter. I am at a lost as to what has happened and find the whole situation with Maximus extremely worrying and wondered if others are now being treated in this way ?
