Hello,
I have recently submitted my second ESA50 and I am soon to submit my AR1 for PIP.
Today at the CMHT my Social Worker suggested filling in a Supported Housing application form and subsequently filled it in for me.
I am a bit concerned that for 'Budgeting Decisions' and a few other questions on that form she did not state that I had difficulties- do the DWP have access to this information? Should I ask her not to send the Housing application in until I have received a decision about my ESA and PIP?

AS far as I am aware it will be your Local Authority that will process your Supported Housing application and they will have no access to your PIP information.

Thanks Gordon- just to clarify then that the DWP definitely should not have access to information from the Local Authority?

No they won't but given the concern that you have about this matter, maybe you should update the form if you have problems with managing money.
