managing therapy question and ar1 formLBP was created by Littlebipolar
hello im just going through the ar1 form with assistance and wondered if you could please clarify something

the question on managing therapies is split up
1)what has happened
2)how has this made things easier/ harder
3)about your treatments therapy/ operations.

reading the info and descriptor on teh .gov webiste it states that this only includes treatments and therapies within your home setting.
so ive included my cpn visits.

my question is : if im having therapy with a psychologist which isnt at home will it add any weight in adding this?
think i may have gone on a little too much ive added on the 3rd section (as above) teh mental and physical limitations i experience when attending my psychology sessions-
as its not done at home will it carry any weight>?
is their any point in ellaborating on teh physical and mental health limitations when going to the sessions?or will it carry teh same weight just saying i have weekly sessions with a psychologist?
or will adding it to this section help to lead on to the bobility sections
their is going to be alot of additional sheets as its beimng completed as detailed as possible and dont want to add things that wount really carry any weight

The Managing Therapy activity only consider therapy done in the home, it can't hurt to mention any therapy that does not meet this requirement as it may help show an overall level of disability but you are not going to score any points for this and you need to be careful that you have clearly separate the two to avoid confusion.

Thanks for ur reply Gordon , I think I'll mention it in section 3 of "tell us about ur therapy/ops and write a few sentences of the assistance I need to attend .the good thing is in my gp letter he wrote that although I am having therapy I also have social Phoebia therefore it is long term as I'm not always able to attend the appointments and the therapist is aware of this and Although I'm having therapy my recovery is likely to take years
