Owing money was created by Monky38

So I have been going through papers from dwp for pip award and they have backdated some money however. In another part of letter it says ... now I have made a decision that we may owe. You some money and you you will get a letter from us to tellyoumore about this
What does this mean. And is this standard on all dwp decisions

It may be tied to the discussions you have had with them on when your conditions changed or it may be that your award entitles you increased payments in other benefits that you are receiving, do your receive Income Support or ESA?
