PIP re-assessment was created by mandy76
When it comes to re-assessment for PIP how can I deal with the issue that when I was assessed the HP and DWP did not make any reference to several reported conditions/effects listed on “how your disability affects you form”, which were supported by medical evidence and included: postural hypotension and postural dizziness and balance problems.

I can clearly see they haven’t taken these conditions into consideration as AP report only refers to CFS/ME; Fibro; Chronic Widespread Pain Syndrome and Depression and Anxiety.

How do I approach this omission without triggering a face to face next time around?

Many thanks.

All you can do is start from scratch and explain how these conditions affect your ability to complete the PIP activities, even if it is an AR1 Review form, go into detail about your problems and supply evidence in support, even if it was something that you sent the last time
