Hi I receive ESA benefit because of severe anxiety and depression, iI suffer from Agoraphobia and find it impossible to travel more than 3 mile from home on a good day. I’ve been asked to attend a healthcare assessment 20 miles away which is impossible for me to get to. My doctor has written to the relevant Center for Health and Disability explaining my illness and saying I’m unable to travel to attend the assessment. This was a week ago and I’ve not heard from the assessment authority, do I need to contact them to arrange a Home Assessment ? Thank yoy Chris
