As long as you can reference a distance shorter than the 50m that ESA looks at in the report then it shouldn't be a problem to include it. If you can't point to a shorter distance in the report then think about the other evidence you have, what you want to avoid is the assessor taking the ESA report as confirming that you can walk up to 50m.

I'm not sure that the Consultant report you mention is noted in the ESA85A or not, including it, even if it states it is for an ESA claim, may help.

I know, my claims left me exhausted and ill and I needed every day that I was allowed.

Hi I was wondering if it would be ok for me to phone up the pip line and ask for more time to complete the pip form as I am under alot of pressure to do so,I have ptsd along with other conditions I am stressed out and that is one thing consultant says on his report no stressful events.. Also would it be fair to say I could use some of my answers to pip using my esa answers especially on the care side of things dressing/washing/cooking etc as I think I saw on the guides for esa here the words beware aware pip answers also,I might be wrong but appreciate your answers ...thank you

Contact the PIP Helpline, they should allow you an extra two weeks.

Telephone: 0345 850 3322
Textphone: 0345 601 6677
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Be careful of using the words from your ESA form to answer the questions on your PIP one, even though the activities may seem similar the criteria can be quite different, so make sure you understand what is being asked before you answer.
