What is a PIP 3033 form used for? was created by Rabbit65
On May 26th I had my PIP tribunal. Ghastly as the prospect was, seeming to block out the sun at times, it actually went very well.

I had only scored 5 points at the F2F for daily living, so I was pretty amazed to receive 15 points for daily living, and 10 for mobility. Stunning results really. I am due 6 months of back-pay, and I received a form from the DWP today which I hoped might be detailing the payment schedule.

Alas not. The form is a PIP 3033. Does anyone know what it is used for and is it something to be concerned about.

Thanks in advance.

Congratulations on the Tribunal result, well done.

The PIP 3033 is described as a general inquiry form so I am guessing that they are asking you some questions, does it ask about bank account, time abroad, whether you have been in prison?

If so then this is a precursor to the DWP paying on the Tribunal award. If not then I will need more information to advise.

Hello Gordon, thank you for the quick reply. Thank you also for the comment on the tribunal.

With regard to the form, yes those are precisely the questions it asks. The only one relevant to me is one you do not mention, namely: "Have you been in hospital where/ when etc"

I answered that, [one week last year] and hope it does not put a fly in the ointment with regard to PIP payment.times.

Thanks again,
David

It would only be a problems if you had spent more 28 days or more in hospital.
