Final appeal with Upper Tribunal was created by Karina Koenig-Johnson
The DWP has now responded to my appeal at the Upper Tribunal. This is my last opportunity to appeal against a point of law. I have not been offered any legal representation and the "legalese" language is making my head spin! I live in France, and while the trend of the previous cases seems to be that the DWP did not supply the "least" and "most" demanding activities in the Work Related Activity Group, I wonder how that affects me, given that I cannot return to the UK for the Job Centre Plus Offer to help me. Any ideas? Kari

It's important to understand the a UTT appeal is not a re-hearing of your claim, this is solely about whether there was an Error in the making of the Decision.

You do not say on what basis you have appealed to the UTT, is it in connection with the original tribunal reviewing the WRA that you could do?

On this subject, I don't think your geographical location will be an issue that is considered the law states that this is about the risk of harm to you or another if required to do the WRA, not whether you are available to do it in the first place.
