Four cancellations - harassment?

I have Asperger s, and get very stressed at the prospect of facing a stranger for the face to face PIP assessment. They have cancelled on me four times now, last time while waiting for them I had a panic attack with stabbing chest pains and unable to breathe. I spoke to the National Autistic Society and they think it may be breaching disability rights to stress me by cancelling .

We had appointment for 23 June and without notice they changed it to 19 June we rang to find that it was always the 19 June, which is a lie as they told my wife and I heard it the 23 June. So my advice is everyone should double check their apps. They are not to be trusted and they lie and that´s fact.

Now that I've told them I'm making a complaint, even though they had confirmed my next date was the 17 th of July, which gave me some time to have my telephone appt with the Autistic Society Welfare Rights guy, now they're insisting I have it on the 7 th which gives me no time. So I'm making a telephone complaint to the manager on Monday, that they're attempting to stop me being able to make an informed complaint. Also that despite two phone requests for a complaints pack, all I've had is a letter telling me it's all in the pack they sent me.

I'm trying to get them to do a paperwork assessment. My doc has told me to take ten mg of valium before they come, I've told them I'll be so drugged I won't be able to give them a fair or accurate picture, and suggest it will be an invalid assessment. They say it'll go back to DWP as unable to assess, and no one knows what next after that. My mp s staff are writing to Atos chief exec, so fingers crossed. Am I doing the right thing, I'm not refusing the visit, just saying it'll be invalid.
