hi am just wanting to no if you can help out as have sent off my forms and waiting for assesment day but with having arthritis is my back and knees also aneamic and diabetic i very quickly struggle walking with walking sticks but after about 30ft i need to get in a wheel chair but have
forgot to put that on for will this mean i will get low or no points will it help if i tell them on the assesment thanks

I would write a letter explaining your mobility problems and why you forgot to include this information on your PIP2. Give a copy to the assessor when you see them and ask them to read it before they proceed with the interview and to include it in your file when you return it to the DWP.
I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim, c/o the Decision maker.

Yes, their address should be on the letter you initially received about PIP.
