Hi could you please give me a link to sample pages of tribunal submissions.

I have been on the site for over 1.5 hours and cannot find a link to them I have read through the 23 page booklet on appeals, it does give details in there but no links.

They are in the PIP mandatory reconsideration and appeal submissions document, two links down from the PIP Appeal guide.

Maybe I am a bit thick but again I cannot find even what you describe. This is where I am at:
