MR reversed was created by jayjay

Had Esa stopped after home assessment! Rang and said I wanted MR...they asked me what else I wanted to add...4 Days Later I got Letter sing The changed mind. I have been put in support Group!!
But I still not had any money ! 2 weeks now! rent stopped also!
Advice Please?

Contact the DWP for an explanation, if they can't provide the information, then escalate the problem to a manager, this usually requires a call back.
