pip

Hi i.m new to all this , never been on twitter, facebook etc so i hope i don't offend anyone.
I'm really panicing now i have until july 7th to get my pip form after weeks of total chaos and every time i go any where the rotten thing i feel sick and anxious.
I have fybromialgia, mental health problems. OCD,chronic anxiety, panick attacks aswell as osteoarthritis aswell as helping my sister who has M.E and osteoarthrtis to look after my mother who has advanced dementia in her 90s. Ithought i had everything i needed regarding evidence and had been re reffered to secondary care in mental health by my G.P only to be told i didn,t meet the criteria that was a shock.
I am worrying myself sick, do i send the letter saying i have been refused help to show that i had been re-referred anyway.
This is the fist time i,ve joined a forum, i,ve been plucking up courage since i joined several weeks.

thanks i think i;ve sorted the problem if not please let me know . i don't know how though i'm not very good with computers at all i'm scared that i'll delete everything. my fibromyalgia hinders me from processing new info and struggle to process instructions
