I've had my ESA reassessment and I remain in the SG. Thank you B&W for all you do.

I now need to see how the decision was arrived at. I think these are the docs I need:

ESA85 (HCP), LT54 (DM), ESA113 (GP).

Are there other docs I should request (even if redacted) and to whom do I address the letter?

P.S. Do I post any further questions about my ESA claim here (even if they are not about my reassessment), or do I create a new thread each and every time?

Congratulations on the award, well done.

Those are the primary reports to ask for.

You can phone or write to the DWP office dealing with your ESA claim, if you write just mark your letter to whom it may concern.

I don't mind whether you stay with this topic or start a new one and put all your posts there.
