ESA Appeal was created by billmagpie
Lost ESA appeal so appealed to Tribunal on "error at law" citing Regulation 29. Tribunal wrote back and agreed, putting aside appeal Tribunal decision. I am now waiting for date of another appeal Tribunal. Any advice please.

The obvious thing is for you to address the issues raised in the original hearing and to ensure that you have covered off the requirements for Regulation 29.
I am guessing the original panel did not consider any evidence in regard to Reg. 29 and this is why there was an Error. If this is the case then you should not assume that you have provided sufficient information to show that you meet this requirement, they could look at it and still decide you do not meet the requirement.

Thanks Gordon. When i read the Judges report of the hearing i was struck by how it tended to be peppered with deceitful insinuation and nit-picking while there was no mention of the difficulties i have being riddled with osteoarthritis. I am left questioning the independence of the hearing i attended.
I will now swot up on Regulation 29 until i know it inside out.
