What does the Age UK lady think about your sending this evidence?

Is it supportive of the problems that qualified you for ESA last time?

If you send it then it should be to the address on the last letter your received about your ESA from the WDP, but providing you enclose your full name and National Insurance Number with the information then it should get to the right office.

Thanks for responding Gordon. I think all the avenues of help (CAB, Age UK etc) filling in forms etc. are now overwhelmed esp. with ESA as there's only a month. Gp's also can't keep having to fill these forms in/ supporting letters. Who ever dreamed up this draining & damaging waste of time & money?
Anyway I've sent in evidence from 6 months ago which does support my problems. Best I can manage. I wasn't told that a E113 form would be likely to be sent to the GP surgery( to be filled in by strangers) if I was too ill to cope with the ESA form.
So like everyone else here just wait the dreaded brown envelope, celebrate Sundays as no postman.I have to accept that DWP are just going to hound me to death. It's a grinding down process that utterly dehumanises you. Even if I get a bit more time in the Support Group there's the compulsory 'Work Conversation' lurking. They've made me so ill I'm virtually housebound. My medication has doubled & I'm having to take diazepam & sleeping tablets. Any hobbies or helpful activities are long gone. I used to do a couple of hours low key volunteering when I could. Can't now.
My BIG mistake was not ask someone to help find out how long the last ESA award was for or send off for the report. (But I had PIP to do too.). I'd assumed that I'd get another 3 years.
Next BIG mistake was to try & fill in the last form myself: it's now taken as ability to do a WRA. Even though I just copied the one before & made several bad mistakes
Hopefully there will be a delay with the Decision & put this all down for a bit.
best wishes to all. Susie
