Had my ESA reins tend 2 days after MR Over the Phone 4 week ago and still not had a payment! Or any rent..tried ringing every day but can't get through. So got CA to try. They got hold of DWP who told them it would go in Wednesday! (This was Monday)
Nothing went in today Saturday Still Nothing CA tried to get in touch but couldn't get through...It Is very Stressful and Frustrating don't know what else to do!

You replied to a post from over a year ago so I have had to move your post to it's topic.
Ring the DWP and ask to escalate the problem to a manager, this usually requires a call back.

Hi Payments now. Sorted..but can u tell me if I should be getting. Disability Premium?
I get high rate of care and Motobility and no one gets care allowance for me. And will it be Back Dated?

You also need to be living alone and be entitled to Income Related ESA. If you are then it should be possible to backdate the Premiums. The Enhanced Disability Premium (also known as the Disability Income Guarantee) is payable for the Enhanced Daily Living award and the Severe Disability Premium for having a Daily Living award.
Contact the DWP office dealing with your ESA and ask about payment.
