It's time that I put in another submission for PIP after losing my tribunal a little over 2 months ago. It's taken me a long time to get over and I was mentally drained. My question is I have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow, what shall I ask her for in terms of supporting evidence? Do I get her to write down how I struggle with the activities, or shall I ask her to write her personal opinions down in a letter? I had letters from my my psychiatrist last time and it did no good, so am wondering what an earth needs to be done. Thanks!
You are more likely to be constrained by what they are willing to provide, one thing you might want to consider are the GP Notes in the PIP section. Even if they do not want to use them they may give some structure to what they are happy to provide.
