ESA Decision Revised on Appeal was created by Michael Yates
Hi Everybody. I recently appealed having been dropped to the WRAG and asked my GP for a letter in support. I had to pay for that letter but it's been well worth it as i've had a letter from the Tribunals Service today saying the Appeals Officer has revised the decision and the new decision is a more favourable one. I'm still waiting on a letter from the DWP but assume i am now back in the Support Group.
Whoever you are my advice would be make sure you appeal an unfavourable decision....i'm so glad i did!!
